SMOKE ON THE WATER – Ardbeg 10yo, Hennessy VSOP,  Winter Spiced Fig Syrup, PX Sherry.

WINTER COLADA – Ardbeg 10yo, Rum, Charred Pineapple, Coco Lopez, Caramelised Banana Puree, Lime, toasted marshmallow.

SPICED WINTER WHISKY SOUR – Earl Grey Tea Honey Ginger, Ardbeg 10yo, Glenmorangie Original, Lemon, Mandarin, Campfire Mulled wine float. 

ISLAY BREAKFAST – Ardbeg 10yo, Hennessy VSOP, Blue Curacao, Smokey winter Marmalade, water.

ARDBEG ALEXANDER Ardbeg 10yo, Hennessy VSOP, brown créme de cacao, caramelised banana purée, half half mix of oat and cream, grated nutmeg.

THE BOGFATHER –Ardbeg 10yo, Apple & Chestnut liqueur, Peach Oolong syrup, bitters.
